About a couple months ago I started Beachbody. I saw that many of my friends have had really good results with it. So I decided to try it, I started at the grand ole weight of 330 and I am now down to 292.00 I have never had this much success with a diet before. Yes the workouts are hard and they kick my ass every day and sometimes all I want to do is pig out but I am satisfied with the food choices that they have. It took a few tries for it to stick with me but now I am in a groove. I am hoping to lose 100 pounds by the end of the year. It is really cold and snowing here in Ne east Ohio So I have not been walking much but I do the Beachbody workouts on Beachbody on demand every day. I can feel myself getting stronger and stronger.

Wednesday- Lower fix

Thursday-Cardio Fix

Friday-Yoga Fix
