1-I have started a new exercise program, and it is kicking my butt. That is why I have been so quiet on the blog the last couple of weeks. I had no energy for unnecessary hobbies such as this book blog. I would write for clients then go to sleep. My personal trainer said that it takes around 21 days for your body to get used to it and it has been 14 so hopefully by NEXT week I will be filled with boundless energy. Heh
2-I have been doing well about tracking my goals in so thought. I also found a program called beeminder where you can pledge a certain amount if you derail on your goal. Like I put in I want to read four books a week. I fixed it so that every time I mark a book as read on GoodReads it makes a 1 on the beeminder graph. If I fail to read 4 books in a week I pay 5 dollars. I also have this set up for the gym. I am hoping that this will be the incentive that I need to actually implement goals.
3- I am obsessed with that show “My 600 pound Life”. It is like a trainwreck you can’t look away. I took an Ambien one night and signed myself up for Hulu so thought I may as well watch it. I have been beinging on that show and my Fat Fabulous Life.
4-Thanks to a friend on Instagram I found out about Serial Box Publishing! I can’t believe that I never knew about it before. I have downloaded WhiteHall so far. I love it!
5- I actually want to try my hand out at Booksagram. I am sorta intimidated, but I just know if I practice I could get decent at it!
