Five for Sunday

- I have a reading spreadsheet that I found on the internets that I had been using and this week I discovered that I messed it up, so I had to redo it. Took me two hours but now I know where I am at with my reading for the year so far which is not much. I am hoping to remedy that this month as I think my reading mojo is coming back. I zipped through RingWorld in a  couple of hours, so that gives me hope. This reading slump has been horrible.
- I did not want to go to Weight Watchers on Thursday night, but I dragged my ass there just to see how much damage I did and found out I had lost 5 pounds! I feel that weight watchers are going to be the diet that I finally stick to. I am happy that I have found a way of life that I can adhere to and remain healthy for the rest of my life. Plus we are just more productive when we are healthy and feel good.
- I haven’t made it to the gym this week. We had a huge snowstorm, and I wasn’t breaking a leg walking on icy sidewalks. I can feel a difference in my mood and my motivation levels already. As I look out my window it seems that everything is melting so I hope this week I will be able to go back. I don’t want my mood to slip too far because then it is a pain in the ass to get back to “normal.”
- I found out we had a comic shop here in town. I was so excited I almost peed myself. I carefully made me a pull list, and when they come out, I go pick them up. I put down for them to email me when they are ready to be picked up. I am getting nerdier and nerdier as time goes on.
- I was growing Modern Mrs. Darcy early one morning when I saw a code for a free week of Blue Apron. I was lucky enough to get one, so I signed up. Then on a whim signed up for their wine service.  My Blue Apron Box came yesterday, and my wine should be here Thursday. I will write up my experiences. Should be interesting. If you follow me on Instagram (Adventuresinneverneverland), then you can see in a real life time in my stories as I attempt to cook. Hopefully, it won’t turn into a comedy show. Hee hee
