Follow the Weight Watchers Plan religiously
I want to lose 100 pounds by December, and I had great success last year before I fell off the wagon. I know the plan works when you follow it. If you ask me it is probably the best plan out there. I just need to start tracking my food and stay within my points. I have begun going to meetings, and I like them. The thought of NOT losing weight and having to face all of those people is terrifying. I read Better Than Before, and I found out that I am the kind of person that need external accountability so this will be perfect for me.
Go to church
You would never know it by looking at me, but I swear I believe in The Holy Trinity and I want to live my life to please God. I know I need to get back into the church to do that and plus I am happier when I go to church. It makes me feel that everything is going to be OK even in theses dark times.
Go back to the gym
Again I was doing well then my friend needed me to babysit for her, and I just couldn’t manage to get my ass up at 3 am to go to the gym work out then drive an hour to her house. I normal was going to the gym at around 7 am, and the one day I tried it at 3 am I was dozing on the treadmill, and that had to have been one of the worst workouts of my life, so I stopped going. HowEVER, I have noticed that I am becoming grumpier and grumpier and my anxiety is building, so I am going to try the 3 am workouts again. My friend is just waiting for a place to open up at Daycare then I can go back to my usual routine.. or not ….maybe I will keep the middle of the night workouts.
Read at least ten books
Last month I read ONE booK. I was helping a friend through a difficult time in her life so I guess you could say that I had other priorities but I miss reading so I am going to make a goal for ten books this month and hope to God a place opens up at daycare.
Pitch at least five places for freelance writing
hard to call yourself a writer when you are not at least pitching people. I just feel like all my ideas are old and stale, but babysitting has given me loads more ideas, so I am going to pitch the appetite people.
Start a Youtube channel
I have wanted to do this for a while. I feel confident in my ability to speak clearly now so just got to work up the nerve.
Be more active on Litsy
I keep forgetting about this service, so I put it on my very first home screen, and hopefully that will help me to remember to post more on it. I love the service I just have to sit down and plan out what I am going to post. I am Purplemoonmyst there if you want to add me.
