So late week I told you I had decided to make a drastic change. I started on my path of losing weight and getting healthy. I am following the 21-day fix, and it is going great so far. I had a couple of slips up but not as bad as I usually do. I credit the shakeology for helping curb my cravings. I lost 5 pounds last week. That is a really good start. I exercised with the 21-day fix on Friday morning, and I was crippled for three days. After three days, i started back, and I can feel myself get stronger after each workout. I finally found my Fitbit so I will be wearing that and instead of smoking breaks I will take walking breaks. I am looking forward to another week of maintaining healthy habits. I feel that this is a diet I can actually live with. You just fill upyour containers and stay on the food list and you are good to go. I went to Au Bon Pain yeserday and I took my containers with me and i mesured out all my food. It was weierd but whatever. My biggest issue is that I dont get enough water. I will work on that this week.
