How I am incorporating Essential Oils into my WorkOuts

Last year I got hooked on Essential oils. I know of people who have been using them for years and always tried to get me to try them. I admit I thought it was a bunch of bullshit at first. Finally, I gave in and ordered my starter kit. I thought at the very least my apartment would smell amazing.

I am hooked now. I also started working out again last year. I had read oils may help you with exercise and I was game, so I put two oils to the test

Peppermint

 

I had given up all the sports drinks when I decided to cut out all the artificial junk from my diet.I am not fond of plain water. I read that peppermint may aid in endurance, so I put my peppermint in my water. BEST…IDEA…EVAR.IT IS SOOOO DELICIOUS!

Does it work? I can’t really tell if the peppermint is giving me a boost or if I am just getting stronger and able to work out better. But it is deeeelllicious, so I will keep doing this

 

R.C

 

When I wake up in the morning one of the first things I do is to diffuse R.C ( Respiratory Comfort) I  smoked a pack a day for 21 years, so I need all the comfort I can get. I feel as if this helps open up my airways and allows me to breathe more deeply. I figure that way I can go for longer on the treadmill if I am breathing correctly. Before I started diffusing RC before my workout, There would be times when I would be running hard, and then I felt as if I couldn’t get any air in and that is not good. I have been diffusing it before my workouts for a month now, and I have never felt like I was gonna die at any minute. I count this experiment a success

 

Copaiba and Panway

 

BBG workouts are these grueling workouts that leave me feeling as if my muscles have been ripped apart. I am trying to be all non-toxic, so I did not want to use Ben-Gay. I bought some fractured Coconut Oil and put ten drops of Panway and ten drops of Copaiba in a roller bottle top it off with oil, and I have a non-toxic Ben Gay. When I was just doing a baby workout, it worked wonders, but now that I am doing intense workouts I am experimenting with the muscle rub and deep relief.

 

I am still really new to the oily world, so I am still experimenting with what oils and Young Living supplements to try with making my workouts easier and better. Well, easy and BBG does not belong in the same sentence so that I will settle for better and stronger. This is no means a compressive guide to everything “fit” that Young Living has but rather only the products that I have personally tested and loved. I am my geniua pig. Don’t want to recommend products that I haven’t yet tested myself.

 

I also love CortiStop. I feel that it helps get rid of my belly fat faster. I have a huuuuge belly, and I always feel like that is the LAST thing to shrink but ever since I have started taking Cortistop My belly has been shrinking rapidly.

I have some friends who will argue that all the oils do is to provide a placebo effect, but I swear up and down that I feel they help me to be able to go harder, stronger and faster. That and a great diet together you will be unstoppable.
