January 2018 Goals

Yesterday I shared my yearly goals, and today I am going to share what I hope to accomplish in January of this year. I believe that having goals to guide me through the year helps me to have some structure and not let this year be like last year. For this reason, I have made the following goals for January

Do A full Round of 21-day fix workouts

There is no gym here where I am at in the mountains but this year devised a plan. I got me a subscription to Beachbody on demand, and I am going to follow along with the program. I feel tons better when I exercise, and there is no reason that I should let the fact that I am in the hills of southeastern KY where it is gym less deter me from workouts.

Stay paleo

Again I feel tons better when I eat a paleo diet. In the past, I was always like well there is so much candy and blah blah blah. This year I am like I want to THRIVE and thrive I cant if I feel like shit half the time so Paleo it is.

Get back on a schedule

This means my morning routine followed by writing followed by reading. I was on it before I had my surgery and became depressed in 2017 and OMG I was sooo productive.

Finish the first draft of a massive client project

I am almost done with this one. I took a sort of vacation over the holidays, so I got to buckle down and get this done. I think it will only take me a couple more weeks and I will be done with this.

Read at least ten books

I set my Goodreads goal for 2018 for 200 books, and I am determined to make it. Now that I can understand audiobooks so I can listen when otherwise I outdent be able to focus make me confident I can reach 200 books read this year. This also includes audiobooks since I can understand them now.

Make a new welcome sequence to my newsletter

As I will explain later, I am taking things up on the blog this year. I am folding two websites into one and having more lifestyle posts. I am in an entirely different place than I was when I started this blog and even from this time last year and I want my website and business to reflect that.
