Good Afternoon everyone! I stayed up into the wee hours of the morning to read my book so this is going up a litter later than usual. My nook arrived and I was relived to find that your books that you buy really do transfer to your new device. I had to put all my review books back on by hand.
Speaking of review books when do you tend to post your reviews on publication date or before? I was pondering this as many don’t have a preference so I was curious as to what other book bloggers do.
Yesterday a found the perfect coffee shop. It sells fair trade coffee Which is what I support. Has comfy chairs and many outlets to plug a computer in. And most important of all delicious coffee and it is within walking distance of my apt! I have been in that area before but never noticed it until a friend started working there and invited me to visit. I was impressed. The coffee was among the best I had ever tasted in my entire life. Normally I would have to add coffee and cream and stuff to make get it just right but this..was a coffee snobs dream coffee.
Today I am going to read Seeing Voices. A friend says it is one of the best books about deafness that has been written. We shall see.

I was up too late reading last night as well. (The End of Your Life Book Club) Zzzz…I’m going to be taking a nap very soon 😉
I’m still a newbie blogger but I’m starting to get my scheduling ducks in a row. I made the mistake of publishing a few reviews way too long before their release date. Whoops! From now on I’ll do it a week or two beforehand.

How exciting!! Welcome to the Nook Group 😀 I love my Nook and love the ease of reading books on it. I know many are Kindle users and I would love it, too had I not already been used to my Sony Reader, which I started with. I think both readers are great and is just really a personal choice. I am like you…late night reading 😉 However, it seems that is when I most able to give my full attention to a book.
